3. Proof of Income
4. 2 Valid IDs with Signature (Passport, SSS, PRC, Driver’s License)
5. 2x2 ID Picture
6. TIN & Latest Residence Tax Certificate (CTC/Cedula)
7. Special Power of Attorney (if applicable)
